Bringing neighbors together through City-sponsored events.
The Commander's Mansion staff are part of the Community Development & Planning Department and also serve as the City Events Team for the City of Watertown, MA. We work closely with other city departments, nonprofits, local businesses, and volunteers to plan and produce many of Watertown’s large annual public events that bring our wonderful community together. Our team coordinates events at the Mansion and manages others throughout the city.

April 15, 2026 - WBC Coffee Connect from 8:30-9:30am at the Commander’s Mansion
May 9, 2026 - Resilient Watertown EcoFest from 11am-2pm at the Commander’s Mansion
May 22, 2026 - Poppy Social from 10am-12pm at the Commander’s Mansion
June 28, 2026 - Tipsy Tea Party: Pride Brunch from 11:30am-2pm at the Commander’s Mansion
July 1, 2026 - Watertown POPS from 6-9pm at Saltonstall Park
August 2, 2026 - Watertown Wheels Classic Car Show from 10am-2pm at the Commander’s Mansion
